Zayy began as a simple idea between friends — to share the drinks & food that shaped our homes, our travels, and the conversations around our tables.
We come from different places, but our memories often tasted the same: strong chai brewed slowly, coffee prepared with patience, spices that filled the room before the cup ever touched the table.
Zayy is our way of honoring those moments — and inviting others into them.

Long before borders were defined, the Silk Route connected regions through trade, travel, and exchange. Spices moved from India through Central Asia. Coffee traveled westward. Stories moved with them.
Chai, cardamom, and coffee were never isolated traditions — they were shaped by movement.
Zayy draws inspiration from those old routes. From Assam’s tea estates to Türkiye’s coffee culture — we curate drinks that reflect the journey flavors have always taken.
We are not recreating the past.
